Challenge Lockdown ClassKeeping our community physically and mentally healthy during lockdown
Especially for Lockdown we are running a FREE daily fitness class Monday to Friday at 10:00.
The class will be suitable for all levels and will last 30 minutes.
You can either join the class on Zoom or follow along from the live stream on Facebook.
If you are joining us on zoom, please only share your camera if you consent to be shown on the Facebook live feed in the form of a grid view. During the class, all participants will be muted.

The daily class will follow the same format and will be run by the Challenge Life Team.
Out of a pool of 40 exercises, we will draw 10 exercises each day. The selection process will be live streamed ahead of the workout.
After a warm up, we will take on each exercise for up to 90 seconds of work, followed by a compulsory 30 seconds of rest before moving on to the next exercise.
All exercises will be bodyweight moves or using household items. However, if you have weights you can include them to make the exercises more challenging.
The instructors will provide alternative exercises so the class will be suitable for all levels.
We will complete the exercises once through and then take on the Daily Lockdown Challenge (optional) before cooling down and stretching.
