- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.
- Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and fry the chopped onion and garlic for 4-5mins until soft.
- Turn up the heat and add the beef minced fry until browned.
- Add in the tomato puree and the spices, fry for another minute and then add the chopped tomatoes in.
- Put in a plash of water and simmer for 30 mins.
- Once done, place in an oven proof dish and top with the cheese and place in the oven for 10 mins.
- Dish up and add the sour cream. Enjoy!
