Chipotle Cod Pittas & Slaw

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius.
  2. Slice the cod into small chunks and mix in a bowl along with the chipotle paste, lime juice and olive oil. Leave for 15 mins.
  3. In the meantime, put the stir fry veg, mayonnaise, cider vinegar and wholegrain in a bowl and mix. Then place in the fridge.
  4. Place the cod mixture in an oven proof dish and cook in the oven for 15 mins.
  5. Once cooked, fill the pittas with the mixture and slaw and serve any extra slaw on the side.
