Chipotle Cod Pittas & Slaw
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius.
- Slice the cod into small chunks and mix in a bowl along with the chipotle paste, lime juice and olive oil. Leave for 15 mins.
- In the meantime, put the stir fry veg, mayonnaise, cider vinegar and wholegrain in a bowl and mix. Then place in the fridge.
- Place the cod mixture in an oven proof dish and cook in the oven for 15 mins.
- Once cooked, fill the pittas with the mixture and slaw and serve any extra slaw on the side.
