Fitness Programmes

Our passionate team of Personal Trainers have collaborated their knowledge and experience to develop a number of Fitness Programmes for the most common goals of our members.

Each fitness programme is between 2-3 months long and is broken down into monthly instalments which progress in difficulty and intensity.

As well as providing structured training routines, each programme includes nutritional and supplementation guidance.

Our Fitness Programmes are result driven training systems that we are constantly refining to provide the best results in body composition, performance and strength.

Please note that these training programmes are not tailored for individuals and provide generic advice and structure for common health and fitness goals.

Fat Loss Programme

Axe Fat is designed for MEN who want to lose FAT.

This FAT LOSS programme combines structured training with nutrition guidance and supplementation advice.

The key focus of this 3-month programme is improving body composition through sustainable fat loss as opposed to just overall weight loss, which is often short lived and as a result of reduced muscle mass and water content.

Fat Loss Programme

Slimacise is designed for WOMEN who want to lose FAT.

This FAT LOSS programme combines structured training with nutrition guidance and supplementation advice.

Weight Training Programme

Project Hench is designed for MEN who want to build MUSCLE without gaining fat.

This BODY SCULPTING plan is an intense training programme which requires a high level of compliance and dedication for best results.

The focus of this 3-month programme is improving body shape, muscle definition with constant progression and physical adaptation.

Fitness Programme

Project Shape is designed for WOMEN who want to increase MUSCLE DEFINITION without gaining fat.

This BODY SCULPTING plan is an intense training programme which requires a high level of compliance and dedication for best results.

The focus of this 3-month programme is improving body shape, muscle definition with constant progression and physical adaptation.

Performance Programme

The Performance Programme is designed for SPORT PARTICIPANTS who want to improve their STRENGTH, SPEED & POWER.

The 3-month programme starts by building a foundation of strength by working with predominately low repetitions and high resistance.

As the programme progresses, the resistance decreases but the speed of the exercises increases to develop the speed and power of the inner athlete inside.

The Body Balance programme is designed to help BALANCE the body and build CORE STRENGTH before embarking on a more intense programme.

Body Balance focuses on balance and core stabilisation by exercising in an unstable yet controllable environment.

This 2-month programme improves core strength, posture and flexibility.
