Our mission is help our members learn more about nutrition so they are able to make informed decisions forever rather than living a restricted diet. We are collaborating with chef Michael Broadbent to bring our members a healthy recipe every week, based on our core principles of meals containing single ingredient, wholesome and nutritious foods.
We will be cooking along with Michael every week, learning how to add more flavour to our meals without adding lots of calories at the same time.
As well as the recipe and weekly cooking lesson, we have a different nutrition educational video each week from one of our Personal Trainers giving you great nutrition and health advice that you can implement into your lifestyle.
